Lens

This is Lens' 1996–97 Umbro home shirt: blood-and-gold home colours with the crest on the left chest and Umbro on the right, with the central sponsor in bold lettering across the front. It belongs to a competitive Sang et Or side pushing in Ligue 1 at the Stade Félix-Bollaert. Antoine Kombouaré, Frédéric Déhu, Philippe Brunel and Tony Vairelles were familiar names in this strip, with Lens' passionate support behind them — a sharp northern French classic.
