Sunderland

This is Sunderland's 1996–97 Avec home shirt: red and white vertical stripes with the crest on the left chest and Avec on the right, with Niall Quinn's name synonymous with this era in bold sponsor lettering. It belongs to Peter Reid's promotion-winning side as the Black Cats climbed back toward the Premier League at Roker Park. Quinn, Kevin Phillips, Nick Pickering and Craig Russell were familiar names in this strip, with Lionel Perez in goal — a beloved late-90s Wearside home.
